Local Sitter

💲Cost: Starts at $40/hour *Rates may vary based on the number of children, holidays, or special holidays.
🕒 Service Time: 4 hours consecutive minimum, no maximum.
💨Rush Fee: Additional $20 fee for booking within 4 hours on a regular non-holiday. OR Additional $50 fee for services within 4 hours on a holiday.
📆 Experience: Minimum of 24 months caring for children.
📚 Training/Credentials: Completed 4+ child-related courses & 20+ hours of Advanced Training, CPR/First Aid, and a Background check.
🚗 Liability Training: Trained for outings (school, parks, museums, etc.) with reimbursement of $1/Mile. See the Release of Liability Terms.
🌐 Special Skills Accommodations: Different Language experts, Infant care experience, Special Needs/Disabilities, Tutoring, etc.
🧸 Entertainment: Brings age-appropriate games/toys. *Special items on request.
📱 Updates: Text/picture message updates for your peace of mind. Optional.

Newborn Care Specialist

💲 Cost: Starts at $65/hour *Rates may vary based on the number of infants, holidays, or special holiday events.
🕒 Service Time: 4 hours consecutive minimum, no maximum.
💨Rush Fee: Additional $20 fee for booking within 4 hours on a regular non-holiday. OR Additional $50 fee for services within 4 hours on a holiday.
🍼 Experience: Minimum of 24 months working with newborns and infants.
🎓 Certification & Training: Certified Newborn Care Specialist or Certified Doula with 40+ hours of approved education and 10+ specialized courses in infant, child-related care, CPR/First Aid certified, background checked, and professionally trained in infant sleep, feeding, and development.
🚗 Outing Safety: Liability-trained for outings (doctor appointments, walks, infant-friendly activities) with mileage reimbursement at $1/mile OR Uber/Lyft/Taxi Reimbursement. See the Release of Liability Terms.
🧠 Special Accommodations: Expertise in lactation support, postpartum recovery, multiples, premature infants, different language experts, and special needs.
🎒 Infant Supplies: Brings age-appropriate items and developmental tools. Custom items are available upon request.
📱 Parental Updates: Optional real-time text or picture updates for your peace of mind.
✨ Custom Requests: Specific care provider requests are welcome when available.
📞 Confirmation: You will receive phone and email confirmation along with the provider’s CV.

This agreement applies to all services provided by Nanny’s & Granny’s and remains in effect for any service obtained through the company. I understand and agree that Nanny’s & Granny’s does not recommend or accept liability for any private arrangements made between myself and an independent contractor, including but not limited to transportation.

Additionally, I acknowledge that Nanny’s & Granny’s does not provide insurance coverage for private transportation arrangements. I agree to hold Nanny’s & Granny’s harmless in any lawsuit arising from transportation services provided by an independent contractor.

• Distance fees are charged for services in extended service areas, including but not limited to Boulder City, Pahrump, and Stateline. All services in these areas must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
• Service availability is subject to scheduling constraints.
• Additional surcharges may apply based on specific locations, including but not limited to parking fees at various properties.
• Rates are standardized for a set number of dependents. Please contact the office for pricing on additional dependents.
• Online bookings require a minimum lead time of 12 hours to ensure availability. If Nanny’s & Granny’s does not confirm the booking within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, I agree to contact the office at (702) 364-4700 to verify the appointment.
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the minimum hourly service fee but remains non-refundable as it reserves a service provider and removes their availability for other clients.
• I acknowledge and agree to all refund and cancellation policies. Deposits are non-refundable as they are earned upon booking. Additionally, the remaining balance for the minimum hourly requirement of the selected service is subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service, the balance remains due and non-refundable.
• The client agrees to indemnify and hold Nanny’s & Granny’s harmless from and against any suits, actions, losses, damages, claims, or liabilities of any nature related to services booked, whether involving Nanny’s & Granny’s, its affiliates, candidates, or independent contractors.
• Local service eligibility requires proof of residential status, including a valid Nevada state-issued ID matching the residential address.

Rates are subject to change based on factors including but not limited to the number of dependents being cared for, holidays, rush fees, after-hours requests, special supplies, and other service-specific conditions. Please contact (702) 364-4700.
