This agreement applies to all services provided by Nanny’s & Granny’s and remains in effect for any service obtained through the company. I understand and agree that Nanny’s & Granny’s does not recommend or accept liability for any private arrangements made between myself and an independent contractor, including but not limited to transportation.
Additionally, I acknowledge that Nanny’s & Granny’s does not provide insurance coverage for private transportation arrangements. I agree to hold Nanny’s & Granny’s harmless in any lawsuit arising from transportation services provided by an independent contractor.
