"Oh Baby Contest" Terms & Conditions

Contest Period: The "Oh Baby Contest" will run from September 11, 2024 at 9:00 AM PST until December 31, 2024, at 5:00 PM PST. All entries must be submitted by this deadline. Any entries received after the cutoff time will not be considered.

Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of United States. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Nanny's & Granny's, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

How to Enter:

Participants can enter the contest once per day by completing our contest form
Additional entries can be earned by sharing Nanny's & Granny's social media posts daily. Each share counts as an additional entry.
There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the contest.

Prizes:
Grand Prize: $1,500 off any domestic household placement. If you are in search of nanny, chef, estate manager, (1) 4- hr babysitting, housekeeping, pet sitting service ($227) excludes holidays, holiday weekends or weekends, also a baby basket filled with goodies such as baby diapers, snacks, baby essentials ($250) – The grand prize winner must visit Nanny's & Granny's agency to claim their prize.
Second Prize: (1) Four hour Babysittig, Housekeeping, Pet Sitting, or Elder Companion Care & A baby gift box filled with all types of goodies & essentials. – The second prize winner must visit Nanny's & Granny's agency to claim their prize.
Third Prize: $50 Amazon Digital
– The third prize will be awarded via email.
Only one winner per prize category. No substitution or transfer of the prize will be allowed except at the discretion of Nanny's & Granny's.

Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
Winners will be notified via email and/or text message within 3 to 5 after the contest ends.
If a winner does not respond within 2 days after the first attempt at notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at Nanny's & Granny's discretion.

Prize Claim:
The grand prize and second prize winners must come to Nanny's & Granny's agency to pick up their prize within 7 days of notification.
The third prize will be sent directly to the winner's email.

Winners may be required to present valid identification and sign a release form before receiving their prize.

Publicity: By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and advertising purposes in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Disqualification: Any use of fraudulent methods or attempt to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Nanny's & Granny's.

Contest Modifications: Nanny's & Granny's reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Nanny's & Granny's in its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability: By entering the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Nanny's & Granny's, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won.

Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of Nevada. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

General Conditions:
Nanny's & Granny's reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or contest operation, acting in violation of these terms, or otherwise acting in a disruptive manner.
Nanny's & Granny's decision on all matters related to the contest is final and binding.
By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
