Nanny’s & Granny’s was founded in 1987 by Carol Ann Hale. Ms. Hale, an educator and mother, founded the company out of her deep love for children and seniors. She had a concern for early childhood safety and ultimately the desire to provide quality domestic staffing solutions to local families. Now, over 35 years later Nanny’s & Granny’s is operated by Ms. Hale’s daughter, Sarah Cook. Nanny’s & Granny’s continues to provide nanny training and placement, babysitting services, convention childcare, domestic staffing solutions and more!

Nanny’s & Granny’s continues to grow and is accredited by the Better Business Bureau. They continue to improve the materials offered through their Early Childhood Educational Programs which help the nanny and child to explore and develop the mental, social and physical spheres of child development, and strive to offer excellent customer service in order to create expert placements.

Nanny’s and Granny’s History

Don’t let the spelling of our company’s name fool you. Nanny’s & Granny’s was founded by Carol Hale with the hopes it would later be taken over by her daughter, Sarah Cook. The transition finally occurred when Carol finally became a Granny, and her daughter took over as the Nanny, hence the name! Nanny’s & Granny’s has been a company formed with solid family owned and operated roots which has led to their success as the leading placement agency in the Las Vegas area since 1987.
