Credit card authorization form

All reservations require a completed Credit Card Authorization Form to be kept securely on file. While our online booking form allows you to submit your reservation and make an initial payment, it does not store or save your credit card details.

This authorization form is required for all first-time clients and must be completed before services can be confirmed or dispatched. Submitting payment through the website alone does not finalize your reservation.

Failure to submit this form will result in your reservation being placed on hold or cancelled. To avoid any disruption or delay in service, please complete the attached form in full and return it immediately after booking. Alternatively, you may call us to provide your credit card details at (702) 364-4700.

This step is non-negotiable and ensures the safety and compliance of all financial transactions with Nanny’s & Granny’s.

This authorization will remain in effect until it is canceled in writing. You may cancel this authorization at any time by sending an email to info@nanny4u.com.
