Credit card authorization form

I authorize Nanny’s & Granny’s to charge my credit card above for agreed upon purchases.
I understand all refund and cancellation policies (deposits are nonrefundable (earned upon booking) and balances for the hourly minimum of the chosen service have a 24 hour cancellation policy or they are also due and non-refundable).
I understand that my information will be saved to file for future transactions on my account.
