PROHIBITION TO DIRECT DEALINGS AGREEMENT:
THE ESSENCE OF OUR AGENCY LIES IN OUR DEDICATED PROVIDERS. CLIENTS MUST NOT ENGAGE IN ANY PRIVATE ARRANGEMENT WITH OUR PROVIDERS FOR 24 MONTHS POST TERMINATION OF RELATIONSHIP WITH NANNY’S & GRANNY’S. ANY BREACH OF THIS WILL INCUR A PLACEMENT FEE OF UP TO $12,500 OR MORE. PLACEMENT FEES DEPEND ON CURRENT INDUSTRY STANDARD AND ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF NANNY’S & GRANNY’S.
BUY-OUT OPTION:
If at any given point, the client does not want to wait the 24 month period after working with a provider that was introduced and assigned via Nanny’s & Granny’s they may pay the placement fee to the agency and then be permitted to have a direct employment contract, allowing the provider and client to work together outside of the agency. Please feel free to contact the agency directly to set up this option and have a consultation about our current pricing.
