IMPORTANT NOTICE: Holiday Weekend and VIP Sitter Rates
HOLIDAY WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS: Please be advised that our rates an upcharge for services provided during holiday weekends. This applies if a holiday falls directly before or after a weekend, including the day before & the day after the holiday. Additionally, there will be an upcharge for any services rendered on the holiday itself.
VIP SITTER BOOKING POLICY: To secure a VIP Sitter at the VIP Sitter Rate, bookings MUST BE before the requested date. If a booking is made within 2 WEEKS before the requested date, we will require a credit card to process the upcharge for the VIP Sitter service.
NOTE: Payment Information
We do not store credit card information, so we will need payment details to process the upcharge for holiday rates or for VIP bookings not scheduled two weeks in advance.

NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT:
THE ESSENCE OF OUR AGENCY LIES IN OUR DEDICATED PROVIDERS. CLIENTS MUST NOT ENGAGE IN ANY PRIVATE ARRANGEMENT WITH OUR PROVIDERS FOR 24 MONTHS POST TERMINATION OF RELATIONSHIP WITH NANNY’S & GRANNY’S. ANY BREACH OF THIS WILL INCUR A PLACEMENT FEE OF UP TO $12,500 OR MORE. PLACEMENT FEES DEPEND ON CURRENT INDUSTRY STANDARD AND ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF NANNY’S & GRANNY’S.
BUY-OUT OPTION:
If at any given point, the client does not want to wait the 24 month period after working with a provider that was introduced and assigned via Nanny’s & Granny’s they may pay the placement fee to the agency and then be permitted to have a direct employment contract, allowing the provider and client to work together outside of the agency. Please feel free to contact the agency directly to set up this option and have a consultation about our current pricing.
